Pretty friendly staff throughout. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe in the room and the very comfy bed. Great food at breakfast served in the dining room.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel with beautiful interior spaces that seamlessly blend the old and the new. The rooftop pool was absolutely stunning and offered a refreshing escape. The hotel's location across from Teatro Amazonas was perfect, and we loved exploring the theatre square on weekends. There are also great restaurants nearby. The hotel breakfasts were delicious, although we found the dinner options to be just okay. However, the service and drinks at the restaurant were excellent. One highlight was being able to leave our suitcases at the hotel for two nights while we went on an Amazon boat trip. we are extremely glad we chose to stay at Juma Opera.

This hotel boasts a great location right on or near the main square, with loads of fantastic dining options nearby. Guests can enjoy a superb breakfast spread and excellent dinner options in a beautiful decor setting. The rooms are well appointed and service is top-notch, with friendly and efficient staff always on hand to assist. Views from some rooms are stunning and the facilities are modern and well-maintained.
Some aspects need improvement, such as unclear charges for amenities like toothpaste or coconut water.

During my Christmas break, I stayed at a stunning boutique hotel with exceptional service. I loved the close proximity to the town square with great restaurant options nearby and the fantastic rooftop pool with a cocktail menu to die for. the staff was really friendly and attentive to all our needs.
The menu felt poor and out of place for a hotel of such high standards. , it was a bit frustrating that we were charged for every little extra, like asking for toothpaste or coconut water at breakfast.

During my Xmas stay, two complementary facts offered were the lovely rooftop pool and a nice breakfast. The hotel’s location was also a plus as it was conveniently across from a theater and surrounded by various eateries. The advantage I enjoyed the most was the exceptional service of the staff.

This hotel is a luxurious gem with exclusive amenities. The friendly and helpful staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I enjoyed every minute spent in the amazing spa lounge, followed by relaxing on the sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers. The garden area was beautiful and offered a peaceful respite from the bustling location. The outdoor swimming pool fulfilled all my recreational needs, with beach umbrellas on hand to provide perfect shade.
The only minor issue I encountered was the pricey charge for a vanity kit instead of complimentary toothpaste. However, this did not detract from an otherwise flawless experience.
